We want our clients to receive first class service with competitive market rates but without any hidden extras. The weekly cost of our stages is just £0.85p per sq ft* and here is what’s included.

Experienced and customer oriented Studio Management Team on hand 24/7 to support with everything you need throughout your hire. - FREE PARKING
Parking included for up to 100 cars.
Unlike other studios where this can add upwards of £5k per week. - BUSINESS RATES
Rates are included as standard. - 24/7 ACCESS
No additional hire fees charged during your hire period. - WATER AND WASTE INCLUDED
Your water and waste water is included.
Unlike other studios where this can add on average £500 per week. - POST HIRE CHECKS
These costs are included within the stage hire costs.
Unlike other studios where this can add upwards of £8.5k per stage.

One of the cheapest rates at £0.65p per kwh. - ADDITIONAL SECURITY
Additional SIA qualified security can be hired. However as our site has dedicated, monitored CCTV systems, full perimeter fence and is based on a secure business park with its own 24/7/365 security, this may not be required. - WIFI PACKAGES
We have open WIFI bundles, where you can choose the levels and services you require. - REINSTATEMENT WORKS
Charged at cost plus 10% project management and administration fee for any works undertaken by the Studio Management Team.
